About the Position: This position is located at Naval Base Health Clinic Mayport. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Incentives may be available for highly qualified applicants.
- Provides the full scope of comprehensive dentistry by integrating restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, preventive dentistry, and other specialty services.
- Provides the full scope of comprehensive dentistry to achieve treatment goals related to aesthetics, function, structural integrity, and the biological needs of the patient.
- Coordinates multidisciplinary care with dental and medical specialists, modifies conventional treatment approaches for medically compromised patients, and provides comprehensive patient-centered care throughout the patient's treatment journey.
- Documenting care in approved electronic health record systems.
- Serves as the primary clinical consultant by collaborating with dentists, specialists, physicians, hygienists, residents, and allied health professionals to develop integrated treatment strategies.
