Gentle Dental careers

Gentle Dental is a brand supported by InterDent, an El Segundo, California company that dentists founded more than 30 years ago, and as of March 2025 it had over 160 locations across eight states. The structure matters if you're applying: InterDent handles the business and administrative side, while clinical staff work for independent professional practices owned by licensed dentists. In 2025 the brand opened its first two Gentle Dental Kids offices, in Keizer and then Southern Oregon.
